Can I rebrand items if a brand have Amazon restrictions?

I bought a pallet of 900 items from a supplier. The brand owner doesn’t allow anyone else to sell their products on Amazon.

Could I just create a new listing with a new branding, new images etc to sell the items instead? I’d also either rebox or place labels over existing branding and information.

Fairly new to selling on Amazon.
