Can I Sell Products on Amazon If I Buy from Faire, But the Brand Approves?

I’ve come across a situation and would appreciate your insights. A brand has recently announced that they are now allowing their distributors to sell their products on Amazon.

I’m aware that Faire’s policy might not allow reselling on Amazon, but the brand itself has given the green light for their distributors to do so. Does this mean it’s okay for me to proceed with selling these products on Amazon, even if I buy them through Faire?

I want to make sure I’m not violating any policies or agreements. Has anyone here been in a similar situation? How did you navigate this, and what advice would you give?
