Can I send a private label product in that has one minor cosmetic change to it?

The supplier made a mistake and used a black pad instead of white on my product. It doesn’t change anything other than the looks of the padding. There’s 1 photo that can be edited to not show that part of the product.

Am I safe to just send it into Amazon? Worst case scenario can I get Amazon to change the barcodes on existing inventory if they require a new ASIN? If so it would prevent me from having to totally remove the inventory right? That would be costly to have to ship the inventory back, so I may be willing to take the risk if that is worst case.

It’s an insignificant part and doubtful anyone would complain. Does Amazon make a big deal about this sort of thing or inspect the product closely or do they go off complaints only?
