Can someone help me please
I bought an item from Amazon, which was initially supposed to arrive between the 17th and 20th. However, the delivery date was pushed back to the 25th, and yesterday (the 25th), it still didn’t arrive. When I checked the tracking, it said the package might have been lost. I contacted customer service, and they said they would reach out to the seller. This morning, I woke up to a message from the seller saying my order has been dispatched by Amazon, but the tracking still shows that the package is lost.
