So I ran into a weird situation. I found a great manufacturer from China but noticed there is one seller already selling several of their products. However, they are selling the product under their own brand name. In addition, they do not list the manufacturer at all. Am I ok to sell this product as a generic? And if so, do I use the same ASIN in this situation? Again he literally bought the product and called it his own with the brand registry I assume. Your assistance is truly appreciated!
