Cannot access account

I cannot access my accout due to some technical problem with OTP codes on their end. I didn’t change anything on my account. I have been sending Amazon my NYS driver’s license since last Wednesday and they just tell me to WAIT. Does anyone have any other ideas of a way I can get support besides the normal phone numbers? Maybe a helpful email adress?

Meanwhile, I have sales coming in and buyers sending me angry emails. I begged Seller support to suspend my account but they said they could not do that without my approval!?
