Cannot upload country-specific images using Master ASIN

Hey guys, just wondering if there is a get around for uploading country specific images using a master ASIN as for the time that it would take to do every single ASIN for just one SKU would take forever. As for having multiple sizes per SKU there is multiple ASINs and but the master ASIN which I have saved all my pictures to which have been translated into a zip file when put into the file uploaded stops at 90% and rejects it with a red alert.
