Can’t add/open any new markeplace
Hey everyone, newish seller here on Amazon.
We have a store up and running on Amazon Australia (verified and in good account health) and decided to expand globally roughly 3 weeks ago by opening up the North American marketplace.
We ran into an issue (glitch/bug) during the registration process and now we can’t seem to be able to restart the registration process for this new marketplace or for any other global marketplaces.
We’ve been in touch with Amazon Seller Support multiple times and the worst part is that they acknowledge the issue on their end but they can’t seem to be willing or able to fix it. We keep getting messages asking us to be patient and to wait for them to get back to us…
Has this happened to anyone here? How did you fix the issue? I’ve started to look for external help (paid) so if you know of anyone (freelancer/consultant/agency), you’ve worked with and that helped you in the past, I’d love to get some recos from more experienced sellers.
