Can’t for the life of me figure out why one listing is getting tons of impressions while another gets barely anything
They’re both similar products, exact same keywords. I’m running two seperate campaigns with the exact same settings. The listing itself is perfectly ok. It’s pretty new and even got tagged with “#1 New release” because I had a couple people buy it. However, I tried some advertising today and got like 200 impressions. Using the exact same keywords for another listing of a similar product (It’s a shirt with a different design), that one got like 3000 impressions. Which is a listing that has absolutely no sales but cost me a quite a bit to advertise already. I can’t understand how the better product that’s gaining sales doesn’t get any attention whatsoever from ads but the trash one seems to be getting all the traffic.
They both have identical descriptions and product information, including keywords etc. The only differentiating factor I can see is how long both have been listed for. The one getting a lot of traffic has been up since 25th of December and this one went up on the 6th of Jan. Also, when going to create a campaign, there’s a notice that says ” These products are ready for advertising ” and the trash listing with no sales is there, but none of my other newer ones.
Is it something I did wrong or is it just a matter of waiting a couple more days before I can advertise it properly?
