Can’t get certain items into my Amazon inventory even though I am ungated

Does this happen to anyone else? Is there a workaround? Details below:

Sometimes, I will try to add an item to my inventory on Amazon. Mind you, I am ungated for the item, brand, and category I am attempting to list. I find the item in Amazon’s catalogue, click “Sell this Product”, fill out the offer page, and click save and finish. I don’t get any warnings or notifications. The item simply never appears in my inventory, while most I am able to list without a problem.

The problem persists on desktop and mobile.

Even more confusingly… sometimes the items I am struggling to list eventually are added to my inventory, assuming I retry the listing several times.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a workaround?
