I was an amazon seller for 2 years but was in prison for 3 years and did not have access to my account. Now that I’m out I’m trying to get my life back on track after losing everything.

When I try to log in, it has me do 2 factor identification, then it take me to a screen that says

Not Authorized

This email address isn’t associated with any accounts.

I’ve email amazon several times and they just keep telling me that there is no account with my email despite the fact I keep receiving emails about my account to that same email address.

Would appreciate any help, thank you.
