Change Product Category

I created my parent listing and then the 2 child listing from that. For one of the child listings the category that the product in is wrong for some reason. No idea why it changed to a different category. I made the change and then it gave me the typical if Amazon accepts the changes they’ll be reflected in the next 24 hours. Anyways, Amazon isn’t changing it to the correct category.

2 things: 1) what should I do? 2) does it even matter if it’s in the wrong category??
