Children’s Toy Compliance Help

Hi all.

I’m new to selling on amazon and currently one of my listings is asking me for compliance with a action figure I have listed.

Its a regular brand new action figure in the box from Walmart I am trying to resell from Jakks Pacific.

It is asking me for Children’s Product certificates and test reports and pictures.

I’m not sure what to do? Am I to ask the manufacture for these things?

Also am I going to have to do this for every different action figure I plan to sell?

Others are selling the same figures shouldn’t the info be in the system already via barcode?
