Choosing a different delivery option UK to EU

Hi everyone,

I have been having an issue when selling to the EU from the UK. I can’t change the delivery options. Everytime I sell and go to buy the label it only gives me the option for 24hr UPS at £18 cost. I want to choose Royal Mail Standard (much cheaper)

On the delivery options in the listing, I can’t choose anything from the dropdown menu for delivery template, and I seem unable to choose or make a new delivery template. Any ideas how to change this?
