Closing Amazon Seller account with over-due fees

I’ve been using Amazon Seller Account for about seven months.

In order to rank up my product I overused Amazon ads with zero balance in the bank account linked to the seller account.

Hence, I’m now ahead of a crossroads,

pay the fees and proceed furter. not to pay the fees, and Amazon will do what?

After studying the status cue, I decided to close the account but I don’t know what is the consequences of not paying these fees.

So anybody know what is the consequences of not paying these fees?
