Convert to Manufacturer Barcodes/Convert Eligible Offers not working

I work in a warehouse that ships products B2C and FBA. For the past year I’ve been in the process of converting a ton of our old SKUs to use MFN codes so the ASIN and FNSKU match, so I don’t need to label over our existing labels, wasting time. Since the 30th, everything has been reporting as “Ineligible”, and the reason being “Unable to determine eligibility for the item. Please generate another report in a few minutes”.

Is anyone else running into this? Communicating with Amazon is impossible so I need to know if this is just me or not.
