Counterfeit without a test buy
Hey guys, counterfeit happened. Not one, but 4. My Account Health dropped to 0 and I got deactivated a day later. I have shipped all of my orders before deactivation luckily. I wrote an appeal but Amazon said additional information is needed. Any suggestions on how I should handle this? I’m going to give you a brief info down below.
I’ve listed 4 gloves, of the same brand. Didn’t have LOA, did not sell any. The brand did not ask for a brand request which is very misleading for third-party sellers like me. Now Amazon asks for an LOA, Invoice, or Screenshot of a conversation between the complaint owner. I emailed the owner, of course, didn’t hear from them. It’s been days. Don’t have LOA and can’t send a screenshot since they haven’t replied. And I can’t provide an invoice because I haven’t sold any. I’m doing dropshipping.
Any recommendations and suggestions?
