Create account. Don’t know what’s wrong with me

I tried 2 times to open a free monthly fee account and both of the time they asked me money at the end. I contacted customer service and I cancel the accounts, apparently, cause they are still there unfinished. I just want to open an business account as a individual cause I don’t have a registered business account. Any help please?
