Create Listing now or when Inventory arrives?

First time FBA seller here. I have my own product approved through brand registry about to ship out from Asia. The shipment time is between 30-40 days.

Should I create my Amazon listing now or wait for my inventory to arrive in the USA? I’ll have to ship the product into the Amazon warehouse after receiving.

According to some creating the listing now will hurt me in the honeymoon phase but I’ve heard others say you can make the listing page as inacative or not visible and Amazon won’t hurt the listing.

Any input is appreciated.
