Credit Card Validation Issues
Have an account that is 7 years old no policy violations/suspensions ever.
Have had the same CC on my account for over a year, fees charged etc no issues, all of a sudden get an email saying disbursment cant be done until valid card is added.
support said to delete the card and re-add and should be fine after 24-48 hours.
It’s now been 2 weeks and 3 different agents and every agent I talk to is saying the card is fine and give it 24-48 hours.
They can’t give me a deapartment to escalate it to so I’m lost, Amazon is still selling and shipping out my items from FBA so don’t know if that helps.
And at this time I don’t have another card to use in mine or the business name.
Any insight or direction is much appreciated!
