New to Amazon, and have been selling branded products.
A customer has bought two of the same products and I’ve just noticed they’ve reported the products as “damaged” with a comment that they’re both ruined because of Amazon barcodes stuck to the boxes and therefore cannot be gifted or for a collector.
I’m struggling to find any more data of whether the products have been returned and/or customer refunded.
But my question is, what happens now? The product isn’t damaged, and barcodes are paramount for FBA?
