Customer kept new item and returned their defective one
Need help on proper procedure. Customer purchased an item fulfilled by me (new sealed bidet toilet seat) and requested defective return immediately upon receipt . Have no choice but to authorize due to defective claim. Customer returned an obviously used old item and kept the new one. What is the proper procedure with amazon here? Last time this happened amazon sided with the customer and I lost everything. I want to do it correctly this time.
