Customer mad about illegal use of my product
Just received this as my first ever customer message and need some advice on how to handle it.
My product is for legal use only (Trying to cheat a drug test is illegal) Also products were FBA and all seals should have been fine when i sent them off.
“I just ordered a (PRODUCT NAME) From you. Getting straight to the point, it arrived with a popped safety seal. It didnt leak it was all caught by the cap so it went unnoticed until 3 hours prior to test. With no other options available locally I drank it despite the broken safety seal. Guess what?? I failed my court ordered test. I have been using (PRRODUCT NAME) for 8 months now, and I have the process & timing down to an exact science. My toxin level is the same as usual with no additions or subtractions. Abstained from toxins 48 hrs. Stomach was empty. 3 full bladder urinations prior to test. Sample collected mid stream.
I’m now in an absolute world of s*it and looking at a probation violation, probably jail time. Setting that aside for the moment doesn’t (PRODUCT BRAND) offer a money back guarantee or at least a replacement (property sealed) bottle??”
