Customer refused delivery because package was not wanted
So I was expecting a return package from a customer that requested a refund.
UPS did not deliver my package and on the tracking information it said
“Customer refused delivery because package was not wanted.”
Do I need to issue the refund right now to the buyer to avoid issues with my account, or do I wait until I actually receive my product?
