Customer requesting invoice for an FBA sale involving VAT and a different currency

I’m a US seller and have both FBA and FBM, and I just ship to the US. For some reason, an FBA item was sold and shipped to Belgium and now the customer is requesting an invoice. I created an invoice for him based on the Amazon sale page, where it shows the cost of the item, shipping, and VAT, but he says it needs to be in Euro. I have no way of knowing what he paid in Euro, since it just shows the USD information on my order page. Is this something he should be able to get from his Amazon account when he looks up the order?

Also, if anyone has an idea of why Amazon sold and shipped an FBA item to Belgium let me know, I may have enabled something by accident.
