Cut off from seller support
Anybody have an idea? Several months back we had some violation for a keyword that was trademarked on a listing. They where accidentally deleted and up to last Friday I was told by Amazon there was no way to resist them with the same ASIN because that would make another bigger violation. Well I opened a support call on the 34 items with seller support at the start of the 72 hour warning they gave us. They did not complete the ticket fully in the 72 hour period and only got to 8 of the 24 listings. There where 8 in one category and 24 in another. I have run the insert template but due to the violations they are stuck is a detail page removed status so the old text will not be updated until seller support takes care of the second template batch like they did the first. My issue is I have been cut off from that support do to account being deactivated. I have made multiple calls every day with no results. I have no other way to contact anyone other than account support which they cannot do what needs to be done. Does anyone out there know a way to get seller support to Start a ticket with an account deactivated? Reopening the ticket automation automatically closes it as soon as I reopen it. This is gonna wreck is completely and we have zero options at this point. Any suggestions?
