Deleted ASIN and Reuploaded – Organic Rank Fell

I deleted an ASIN from my catalog and added it back within an hour and now it appears my organic rank tanked. For words we appeared at the top of search, we are now appearing on the 2nd page.

The product has kept its sales history, so why did the organic rank tank? Also, I reuploaded it a few hours ago, so could this be a temporary issue?
