Denied payment becase of counterfeit
Our contract has been suspended for allegedly selling counterfeit products. It has been under suspension for six months, and Amazon keeps delaying the process. We submitted an appeal letter and escalated the issue to the highest level, but our request for disbursement was denied. We have also sent an email explaining that it was a third-party vendor who was responsible for selling the counterfeit items. What should our next step be?
