Did amazon change their product description seller tools?

There is a huge discrepancy in what I wrote in the listing and what’s showing up live. I’ve triple checked the html, it’s showing up in seller central, but definitely not showing up live. Only 2 lines of the 8 are showing up live. It just started happening after years of being fine. What’s going on did something change? I can’t get anyone from Amazon support to help.
