There is a new law that passed for all newly formed businesses to file a new report with the federal government which not many folks have heard of.

The law is called the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and the report is the Beneficial Owner Information report, or BOI.

Do not miss your 90 day window from forming your entity! Your BOI report is coming due if your business was started in 2024.
