Different business model I guess

Can I make it on Amazon if our offer is very wide, meaning we sell a lot of products (up to 2000 eans) but quantity is lean, we keep 1-2 pieces of each item. We restock regurarly though. We are doing FBM in twelve EU marketplaces. I see a lot of succesful stories of sellers who sell just a few products but they keep their stock in hundreds..
