Do I need a cpa experienced with Amazon sellers

I have a few customer current job that are cpas/accountants and I’ve asked each of them if they have any experience with people that sell on Amazon. None of them know anything about it. I want to start an Amazon store and I live in Virginia. I know I need an ein, dba, business bank account, llc, and business license. Normally I do my own taxes. Should I look for someone that specializes in e-commerce. How do you estimate quarterly tax payments.
