Do I risk returning an item to china?

I want to return an item but the place is in China, and it’s refund on arrival and not when I post it.

The name on the address looks like somebody dragged their hands all over the keyboard, and is blatantly not real. As for the actual location, that does seem to be a place in China.

Do I risk sending the item back to China or is there a high chance it will get ‘lost’ or something similar.
