I’ve come into this with quite a few shipping agents. The first one I picked received all of my product then told me they’re unable to ship them and have held my product for some time now. I didn’t have a payment order lined up so Alibaba support has to take some time. Do all shipping agents want goods sent to them before paying them or is that some of them?
