Does Amazon’s Customer First Approach more often mean Sellers are last??? I’m looking for real/honest views here
I’ve been watching Amazon for a little while now as I’m interested in working with them. I cannot however ignore some of the seemingly real information that I have been coming across. It seems there are multiple occurrences where Amazon sides with the customer and leaves the seller stranded and sitting in an isolated corner. People don’t usually say these things for no reason. Granted, some sellers are just frustrated because they don’t immediately understand something. I have a strong suspicion however that there are legitimate cases where the seller has been abandoned and left footing the cost/hardship/error. I could understand a time or two of this occuring but I am thinking it’s happening much more than a time or two.
We understand the hardship of electronics and the internet. Many apps and systems get made where even the companies themselves can’t keep up with them and the only answer they know is to put the customer first and put the seller at the back of the line.
So… I’m looking for real views here. I hope they don’t take my question down here because this is a real question I’m posing here. Maybe you have a story to tell me of where Amazon treated you right and caught the customer in their own wrong-doings? This kind of reminds me of working for a company and the company thinks their way is always right and they expect you to do what they say even if they’re wrong or it cost you an arms and a leg.
Thanks in advance….
