does an amazon seller support phone number even exist?

Hello!

The company I work for (we are a collectibles manufacturer) is trying to set up an amazon store. We have the pro acct, etc… But whenever we upload images of our products we get copyright infringement strikes, even though we are the legal licensors.

I keep trying to reach out to remedy this but so far just unreturned emails – Any suggestions or is there a hidden phone number anywhere?
