Does anyone have any tips of getting ungated for a brand while having all required documents

Hello. I am trying to get ungated for a brand. I purchase this brands inventory from one of their region distributors. I have official invoices proving that I buy these good legitimately.

However, when I submit these invoices my application is almost immediately rejected. I have absolutely no idea why small accounts with almost no feedback are able to list under this brand, yet my account which sources products in this category gets rejected. Is there someone I can escalate this issue to in order to get a chance at being allowed to sell this brand? Any tips of wisdom would be highly appreciated.
