Done for you Amazon KDP stores?

Hi. I was wondering if anyone has ever gone through a done for you service to build an Amazon KDP account? I’ve come across mostly Sean Dollwet, and his associates and even spoken to one of them. They charge $15,000 for their done for you service model to build a store for me. My own intuition says Yeah No. But I’m on the hunt for more concrete evidence besides just my own deep research on it. Thank you in advance.
