DONT WANT TO LOSE 20k INVENTORY! Repeat offense (?) Counterfeit without a Test Buy

I work in Wholesale Arbitrage within the supplement market. Recently, I’ve been collaborating with a verified distributor and received approval from my invoice to sell. However, a few of the brands I’ve listed had their listings instantly taken down under the reason “Counterfeit without a Test Buy.” Seems B.S. at a glance, I suspect it’s actually a trademark issue, which could explain the absence of third-party sellers under these listings.

I managed to appeal the first round successfully, but I’ve now been hit with another wave of listing deactivations. Currently, I am processing a removal order to get a refund from my distributor, but I’m growing worried about the health of my seller account and the risk of it being terminated along with all the inventory I’m still selling.

Has anyone had experience with this situation? I’ve heard that if you accept the claim without offering a defense, your account can get terminated. Should I keep appealing and hope that it gets resolved once the removal order is processed, or is there a better strategy to handle this?
