Double order refund

Hi all, so recently a customer bought two times the same product, about a week ago he requested a refund of the repeated item, send him the guide and received no answer, the item hasn’t been sent, so today he requested refund for the second item, again no response to my messages, what should I do, is it a scam? Any help or advice will be appreciated, thanks.
