Duplicate ASIN when creating variations on a listing.

Am trying to create different colour variations on an existing listing.

I have a parent listing with a child listing o my original colour, but cant make new product variations.

I tried copying the listing and clicking I don’t have a product ID but the product got loaded with an exiting ASIN.

Happy for a link to where its detailed, I cant figure it out…
