Duplicate listing- not my item.

I’ve been in the buy-box of this listing for a year now. I am not the owner of the item, i’m just a reseller. A couple months ago 2 new listings popped up for the same item- and a slightly better price. This obviously affects my sales. Is there anything I can do about this? Will Amazon listen to me if i report the duplicates?

The obvious answer may be to just change my prices accordingly. What would you do?
