ebay seller dropshipping FBA inventory then initiating refunds. Multiple orders ordered on the same day from same account for the same ASIN delivered to different addresses all refunded together a few days later. In total 170 orders over 40 accounts. So far about 50 orders refunded.
I figured out what was going on, test order purchased from a ebay seller waiting for it to come through my fba store, and yes a few hours later I saw it on my dispatched orders. 3 days later order has been refunded along with the 2 others from that amazon buyer account.
What can I do now? I have checked the ‘FBA Customer Returns’ report and none of the refunded orders have been returned to inventory. So I’m not even sure what reason the buyer gave for the refunds. Do I just have to wait around and see what he returns? Even if I complain about the buyer accounts, issue is I have proof for only one of them (the account that dropshipped my test order).
Any idea’s? Im thinking of getting a lawyer, refunded orders already amount to £1200 and is climbing. For all of you who say just wait and amazon will reimburse you once dropshipper does not return the stock, Im 100% sure that something ulterior is going on, eg maybe a completely different item is returned, or an empty box, with me eating the cost of the return.
