Enrolment for Premium A+ Content

Hi,

I need help getting enrolled into Premium A+ Content.

I have met the criteria laid out by Amazon.

1) All of the Brand-Owned ASINs in your catalogue must contain a published A+ Brand Story

2) You must have at least 5 A+ Content project submissions with an ‘Approved’ status within the past 12 months

All of my ASINs have a Brand Story.

I have 20 Approved Project Submissions.

I keep contacting seller support and they say they can not help me and I will get enrolled when I met the criteria.

Any advice on how I can get enrolled into Premium A+ Content?

Is there something I am missing?
