Error 5461: Seller Brand Approval Application Issues

Hello!

I have been trying to get my brand approved at Amazon for months but keep getting denied. This is the response they would send:

“We have received an update from our team that, you need to provide additional Images of the product that clearly show the item. We will require Packaged/boxed images, along with the product information such as: brand, manufacturer, model/part number details mentioned on the product package legally (not pasted) to continue further investigation.

From your case we understand you are experiencing a 5461 matching error. For us to assist you better, request you to provide the following information on Seller Central:

• Product title (including any variations in color, size, measurements, model or part number and so on)

• Brand

• Manufacturer

• Category

• Description (including details of variations in color, size, measurements, model or part number, item weight, and in the case of books include publisher and author name)

• SKU

• UPC/EAN/JAN or screenshot of the GTIN exemption landing page with the 5461 error code

• Batch ID of your inventory file process report along with the error code received (if using inventory files)

• Screenshot of the 5461 error on the Seller central or GTIN exemption landing page with the brand name, date, and timestamp visible in the background

• Real-world images of the product (front and back images of the product including bar code) along with UPC and brand name, packaged and unpackaged, and unfolded, if the item is an apparel

• Images of the product differed by design, if you are trying to list multiple items with the same or different brand

After we receive this information, we will perform a detailed reevaluation to verify the uniqueness of your products. The reevaluation may take up to 48 hours and we will contact you once it’s complete.”

I was wondering if anyone in the community would have example photos of what exactly they need me to label on both the packaging of the product as well as on the box? If there is any other advice I can get it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
