Error Code 8567, Amazon won’t help

Its been 7 days since i tried to list my product on amazon. I keep getting the error, “The SKU does not match any ASIN and contains invalid value(s) for attributes required for creation of a new ASIN.”

I opened the case a week ago with amazon, they have sent it to an internal team member 3 times only for the member to say a generic answer “the barcode doesn’t match” then close the case. Then I start over again and wait. I can’t seem to get an actual answer as to what the discrepancy is. I really wanted my product in before prime day but I don’t think amazon is going to help me.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I own the brand, and trademark. It is a new product. The barcode was registered May 31 and shows active in the GS1 system.
