The other day I was in Walmart sourcing with the seller central app and scoutify2 app. I came across a restricted product, and when I went to apply for approval it brought up the login with different accounts listed to login with. I apparently chose the wrong one in a hurry because it popped up an error message saying “invalid access. You do not have permission to view this page” or will say “forbidden. Sorry you do not have sufficient rights to view this page” now any time I try to get approval it says this. This is only on mobile and still works on my laptop. But now I’m stuck because I can’t source in stores until this is fixed. I’ve tried calling Amazon and they just tell me to take my laptop to the store with me and that they’ll take the case higher up and just close the case when I get off the phone. I’ve tried uninstalling the apps and login in again and it doesn’t make a difference. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
