error when trying to add new products

hello, I am a new amazon seller and am trying to add a product not sold on amazon. when I click “I’m adding a product not sold on Amazon”, I get the following error:

“Problem with your Seller Account
Hello from Amazon. We’re working on setting up your account and aren’t ready to accept your new listings yet. Please try to add your products again in 90 minutes.”

it has been like this for 2 days. what should I do about this.
