Error with my Amazon Seller Account

I just made my Amazon seller account this past Wednesday and today it was verified. I tried listing a product but everything I do I get this message, “davinci_interactive_web_Common_InvalidMerchantAccessError_OrthusPayment_message”. I started a case with amazon. Does anyone else have a fix to this?
