Evri delivery serious help

Hey, I need some serious help. I have bought evri standard shipment when I took it to both my royal mail drop off and local parcel shop they couldn’t accept but it said this parcel not available for drop off. I refunded the shipping label and bought the drop off shipment and same issue. During this my account health has went critical. So I can refund the labels again. Has anyone used evri before, did they got to print their own label off or did u go and get it scanned by the shop keeper or used locker drop offs
